Our injection molding facility operates 24/7 and fully equipped with the latest robotics. The full complement of high-spec equipment includes 19 injection molding machines ranging from 80 tonnes up to 500 tonnes.
All parameters must be correct if plastic components and assemblies are to be produced perfectly. For the molds which should ship, we will supply the customer testing report with testing parameter, testing video, part issues during testing and the solution in each mold trial. And the molds which stay molding in house, we will do APQP strictly according to ISO 9001 and IATF16949.
